Website use

This website provides information about DW Home Décor services and allows customers to submit inquiries and Art Studio order requests. Website content may be updated as services, inventory, pricing, and availability change.

Quotes, pricing and availability

Website prices and package starting points are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Art Studio prices are before applicable tax. Local pickup is free. Where available, local delivery and Canada shipping are estimated at checkout and confirmed on the final invoice.

Staging, rental, furnishing, custom artwork, and other project pricing is confirmed through the applicable quote, proposal, or invoice. Furniture and décor availability is confirmed when a request is reviewed.

Order requests and invoices

Submitting an Art Studio cart creates an order request, not a completed payment transaction. DW reviews the request and sends the final invoice separately. The invoice or proposal may include applicable tax, the delivery or shipping amount shown or confirmed for the order, and any project-specific terms.

Customer-provided content

You are responsible for ensuring that photographs, artwork, designs, and other files you provide can legally be reproduced or used for the requested service. Do not submit material you do not own or have permission to use.

Custom work and approvals

Custom artwork and other made-to-order work may involve concept, approval, revision, deposit, and production stages. The applicable proposal or invoice will identify the scope, included revisions, approvals, and any order-specific cancellation terms before production proceeds.

General limitations

DW works to keep website information accurate and the site available, but temporary errors, outages, or display differences can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
